Travelling on your own? You’ll be in good company

One of the questions we are asked most often is whether it is odd to book a day trip on your own. It really is not, and a good number of our guests travel solo.

You will not be the only one

Our groups are small and sociable, and our tour guides make a point of introducing solo travellers to other guests. Plenty of friendships have started on the coach.

There is always someone with you

A Heritage tour guide travels on every single departure. They are there to welcome you, share a little about the places you are visiting and make sure the day runs smoothly.

Free time is yours

Every itinerary includes time to explore at your own pace. Some guests use it to visit a museum, some to find a quiet bench and a coffee. Both are entirely the point.

If you would like to travel with a friend or partner, you are of course welcome to book for more than one person.
